Done talking about Jaren. It is what it is. Great to win, but 10 Turnovers between Cam and Zach can't happen. It seemed like Cam had at least 6 by himself. I doubt he'll do that again, but Edey still worries me against teams that foul a lot since he gets less calls than anyone

You forgot one reason for the Grizzlies being able to play well: we've been getting these wins against dysfunctional, lower-ranking teams only!
I don't care about Edey not taking 3s, but I do want to see him start to take free throw range shots and post turn around fade away shots. He has a nice touch and I think he can hit these shots consistently to make the game easier for him.

The biggest thing holding Zach Edey back might be his butterfingers. Every time he has the ball, just swipe at the ball and he’ll lose it every time.

Just me but seems Jaren has been more focused on being a vocal leader, reading the court, & playmaking/passing the ball to his teammates. He does need to score more to elevate this team, but think his priority is on these other intangibles right now that have not always been a focus in his game. But, more concerned about Ja & a system that just might not revolve around him… make him the focal point. This is a guy who, from the jump, was anointed the face… the superstar… of the team. How… will… he adjust to more of a complementary role where the whole thing is not just designed for him to score off Edey (formerly, Adams) screens? Edey has been scoring, Coward has been scoring, Wells has been scoring. Will he ensure scoring is still a team affair? Will he truly be a team player?
Ja has been slammed by the national media for weeks, while I imagine the coach was talking to him like an adult and explaining to him how he can fit into the system and dominate again. It's not surprising that Ja has been such a vocal supporter from the bench. I'm very optimistic.
The thing Ja and Jaren have in common is that they didn’t play the preseason in iisalo’s new offense. At the time people said it wasn’t important, but maybe it was more important than people thought. We should make this break a mini-preseason camp
Ride the hot hands. Let Edey cook. Jaren can run around and do whatever at this point. Ja just needs to take smart shots and not turn the ball over. Same with Vince and Spencer when they are still the backup PG. Otherwise, whatever gets the points and the wins. Looks like some versatile rotations can show results. Win these games that we should, but the rotations need to buckle down when the better teams come through. It will be even harder to gauge success when your other injured guys like Jerome, Clarke, and Pippen come back. Who in? Who's out? Or… Who's traded?
