   Ja feels no urgency…he has two fully guaranteed years left on his contract that pays him a lot of money AFTER this season. Why should Ja be so quick to sign an extension with a franchise that has a coach who is only 1-23 vs teams that are above .500?? A couple of years ago, Ja Morant led the entire league in points in the paint yet NOONE in the Grizzlies organization have encouraged Ja to return to that style of play. How stupid is that?!?!?!? Everyday someone in the Grizzlies organization should be showing Ja clips of that season when he led the entire league in points in the paint and telling him that's peak Ja. There is no question that if Ja were in Miami, both Pat Riley and Erick Spolstra would be constantly showing Ja clips from that season and encouraging him to return to that mindset.
