I disagree with you but I understand why you state what you state. When engaged (which is more times than not) Ja is the most consistent and creative scored we have. He currently is the most reliable guy the Grizz have to take over again. Trip has before but he's in a slump right now and he's often hot and cold. The younsters, CC, Cam, and Jaylen Wells, will be able to in the future but right now they still need a bit of maturing. Also, think of the macro for the Grizz. They Grizzlies are only in the common shots of NBA commercials and advertisements because of JA's offensive heroics. It helps the team overall for the masses wanting to see the Grizz. This helps to attract other talent. I understand that this is not an X's and O's thing but it helps to keep a buzz around a small market team. Also, I do think that Ja, Trip, and the rest of this current team when helthy can win a ring. I think that our local media people should stop with the trade packages for Ja and Trip because these are Superstars that want to be here unlike no one else in the league. Once Ja says he wants out or Trip says it, we really need to remember all of the verbiage that is being used to push them out. I think we don't know how good we have it right now until it's gone. I am not a fan of the coach for obvious reason but we have 82 games for a reason. It's not how you start, it's how you finish.

Regardless of what we have seen to this point. I believe this team as constructed has the potential of ending the season being described as having overachieving expectations.😀😀😀
