Can't lie, this team has turned into an embarrassment.
Now people understand how important RJ is to this team.
I was upset with the loosing ..but rethinking it today its perfect …all off the flaws that would be masked with more winning are showing themselves …it's a long season and we already know what we need to fix
Darko is a horrible coach, he doesn't make adjustments you can see that because the Raptors never switch up their plays to adapt to the the opposition. The run the same play over and over and Ingram is always the focal point for their offense. They need to get Scottie Barnes the ball more, they're running the same isolation plays over and over with Ingram
Darko you costed the team an ability to win with that Q2 when you put Scottie + that terrible bench line up. After 1 min you should have subbed some of those guys out. It doesn't help Scottie or the team. He had no spacing & not 1 consistent defender with him there. Chucky is not enough of a shooter and is defense wasn't equipped to play him along with Gradey, Mamu, Lawson together with SB. The NyKnicks crowded SB a lot in the post & paint and the offensive process wasn't good. It was SB worst gm in a while & that's why that Q2 with those bench line ups made it worst than it looked for him.
This was largely a show of inexperienced young players, AJ, CMB, Chucky, Gradey blowing a 2nd quarter of a very critical game 13 to 34 . When Those exact players hit the floor the game was over. G League players vs all star cup contenders. Darko should have nevwr done it, its 100% on him to make a better decision on rotations.
Coach we need 48 minuets of basketball
Dick needs to be send to the 905 to get his confidence back and Darko should bring Lawson up to give him a real run , give him minutes, give him his chance to suceed or fail !
I kept saying if RJ goes… so does the team…. I was right… he is the ONLY raptor will undying will to win! Even when we were tanking, they had to bench him to lose games. Nobody gives him enough respect

I’m tired of the excuses. We’re “learning” – the last 2 years of tanking should have been enough learning. “We’re tired” it’s the nba and you’ve played the same amount of games as everyone else. “We’re missing guys” every team is dealing with injuries. This is pathetic, the win streak was fraudulent playing against hobbled teams

Respectfully I disagree with BI… you guys looked like you all lacked effort at different stretches within the game
Also I find Darko needs to be more tough on his guys…
I still think the Raptors need a new head coach that has won before on the NBA level…
