They should've got rid of him after they seen how soft he is in the playoffs. I will go to my grave living on the idea there is a huge difference between AAU players and one's who grew up learning the game on the blacktop.

one thing aboout darius constantly gets overlooked…. hes incredibly immature lol. Too immature to fight thru injury. As long as hes hurt hes gonna play worse and as long as he plays worse hes not gonna play with any type of joy and when darius isn't joyous he doesnt play well
It absolutely does make sense to trade Darrius Garland . He isn't an asset to this Cavaliers team , he's a liability .
He's hurt every damn year , when playoffs roll around he's nowhere to be found . Except on the injured list . You're either helping this team Or not helping this team .
If he can't stay healthy , just retire . Get someone who actually can shoot 3's , stay healthy and play a little defense .

DG didnt get traded this past summer because he and his goofy agent threatened having surgery to block it…and did so
They should have moved him in the off season when interest was there. Now it's obvious this is going to be a chronic condition for a guy who can't function on the court without constant, unpredictable motion. Under the current financial climate, the Cavs are completely shackled to the roster as it is.
I think last year was the window for the Cavs to win the title or at least make the Finals. As far as DG goes, he might be better used as a 6th man, offensive spark type role that Ty Jerome was in last year.
