These are all excellent answers from MPJ. And the reality is he's making teammates better.
I think I realize I underestimated his game / ability to thrive in this role. Hopefully Nets management realizes that too and keeps him a centerpiece going forward

They need to get rid of Cam Thomas!! He does not pass at all. Takes horrible shots. Horrible shot selection. When he comes back he is going to hold MPJ back. Or he should come off the bench. He is a bucket but I think they can win without him.
MPJ is worth every dollar on his contract. This team is starting to look really good. It’s crazy where they are rn from the first game of the season. MPJ is definitely one of the best players in the NBA and probably the best at his position.
