Can we stop pretending that Bam + Wiggins + Powell are more than a first round exit?
Maybe if we do that we can actually put time into the future developing Ware & Niko so by the time they are 24 they’ll be great
In 2025-2026 the dumbest roster construction would be two bigs who are each making $50 mill + who every team would be happy to let shot 3s and you’ve traded away your depth & youth.

Spo deserves our trust that he's doing right by Ware and the team. Ware needs to be in accountable positions and less with Bam means more responsibilities. The time will come but the habits they're trying to get Ware to break won't break easy with Bam next to him.
Then, there's no big depth which also presents an issue at the moment.
Let it play out. Before we know it, they'll have added a big and we'll see more Bam/Ware minutes.

You can’t trade Bam. It just destroys the branding and community around the Heat for the fan base. A team has to mean something beyond just buying and trading for the best.

What happened to embracing the unknown? Spo has been rewarded in going outside of his comfort zone, but it hasn’t really been the case for when he’s been a creature of habit.

Everyone whines about Tyler's fit. Tyler is playing the pace they had been playing. The rest of the team is deferring too much to him. Not to mention they actually play slower with him on the bench. What i don't understand is no one is mentioning giannis and bam occupy the exact same spot on the court on offense. They don't fit together. Giannis will still be giannis but Bam doesn't score 10 points a game unless they are heavily staggered.
You know how people think the Kings were really stupid for trading away Halliburton and he goes on to lead the Pacers to the finals? Or how people think the Clippers are stupid for trading away SGA rather than developing him and he just won MVP and led OKC to a championship?
I don't want to be those guys and I see that potential in Ware.
Giannis isn't Giannis more often than not nowdays. Between injuries, load management, and him just slowing down in general this is the start of the downhill slide. Ware is on the upward side of that hill.

Here's the thing about both Ware and Jovic and Tobin should know this, we don't see them in practice and film study. In almost every presser Spo makes it obvious how much weight he puts into what you do in practice. Jaquez literally got his minutes back based on how spo felt he did over the summer and we see how that worked out.

All Spo needs to do is continue to play them… this was supposed to be a gap year, but surprise, the Heat are a good team. So Spo is focused on what works to win NOW, as opposed to testing different lineups. That's why he keeps pulling Ware. Spo, just play them… if you do that now, Ware and Bam together will be in a much better place come playoff time.

Precious Achiuwa- 6'8", 243 lbs. Played 16 minutes tonight with 10 rebounds. Bam Adebayo- 6'9", 260 lbs. Played 25 minutes tonight with 7 rebounds. Dennis Rodman- Arguably the best rebounder in NBA history. 6'7", 210 lbs. Averaged over 18 rebounds a game two seasons. The Heat will NEVER win a title until Bam decides to play to his size. But he doesn't WANT to. He'll have 1 great rebounding game and then give you 3 mediocre ones. Rebounding is a state of mind. You have to WANT to rebound. But Bam wants to play like a guard and defend 1-5, which causes mismatches inside. I saw Mitchell matched up against KAT a couple of times when we played the Knicks. What could go wrong?
