They don’t have his back. They’re keeping him in a bad situation, continuously playing him next to bad fits. His career would benefit from being traded.
Tyler will walk away and sign a wild deal offered by a loser team specifically to poach Herro off the Miami Heat, and Herro will go on to have his best years with said team. Miami will watch Tyler walk when it’s time, and all the years of developing him into an All-Pro will pay off for some other organization.
After the Giannis deal would anyone trade Rozier and some seconds for Klay Thomas and Naji Marshall? I think they would need to move Wiggins to the Lakers for a 1st to get the Giannis deal over the line.

We don't need two high volume scorers in the starting lineup. Herro is inconsistent with his scoring anyway. 20 in the first half and 0 in the 2nd half.

The funniest thing is this noise shows the truth that Heat fans know Herro can keep getting better so they hold him to a higher standard. On the flip side they see how limited Bam is & no matter what he does, no matter how many 3s he shoots, how much he gets to the line, he’ll never average more than 19pts & will never actually get a DPOY.
Trade Tyler. He doesn’t elevate this team. He’s only a scorer and gets abused on defense and is fragile. He’s not good enough to get this team anywhere near a championship. We extend this guy anywhere near 40 million, we’ll be stuck in mediocrity for years.

If the heat really want to start competing for championships, they have to move on from herro or bam or BOTH. This team is good enough to make some noise but as far as winning titles go, Tyler and bam are not those level of players. If we hold onto this core of players it will constantly be first round exits.

We should honestly blow it all up and focus on a defensive first team. No matter how much success we have in the east, A championship is far away with how OKC defends and are dominating. Until we have a team that can match their defensive intensity on every possession, we shouldn’t be realistically expecting any championships in the next 3-5 years in my opinion.
Personally I trust Spo more than random people on the Internet looking for an easy scapegoat
