It's not vintage, he had 30 point games last year. As dreadful as the season was he had a higher scoring average last year than he does now. The guy can score 30 in his sleep bad knee bad back whatever we've seen it a million times. But everyone and their mom has been telling him to defer to Maxey and find his fit with guys that he's barely had time to practice with. Of course when he can be the focal point He's going to go off.
Now the question is, how does this look when when Maxey returns. Does everyone get all shy and start deferring to a fault? Does the knees start swelling after a few games of feeling good? Who's the next guy to pick up an injury? The difference this year is that the team seems built to go 500 even without health. Hopefully they can get through the season with everyone intact and enough chemistry

I was there. Embiid was on the floor all game. He messes up the flow of the offense. The Pacers center look like an old gym teacher from the 1960s. Dude was balding couldn't bang. Is this post serious? Them two broke down dudes won't be consistent.
