He's been playing good since the last few games in the G League I like that he's been getting better hopefully we'll see it soon we sure could use him. Aligned Go Suns
He reminds me of Giannis more but shoots better from the free throw line. Maluach just needs to work on his back down strength legs and so nobody can back him down in the paint or near the paint such as Jokic, Embiid or Giannis himself.
Idk why the fanbase gets toxic towards Khaman. Itโs so fun watching his progression! I think heโs a gem ๐
I don't know that he reminds me of embiid. I think he's closer to Rudy Robert with slightly better offensive skills.
Thing is, it usually takes bigmen in the league three to five seasons to really develop, we need to be patient and see the long-term outlook of this team when he does.
Same with brea and Fleming.
Looking way ahead to the next draft, I believe we have the 39th pick. There are three guys out of a larger group of potential suns prospects i think would fit perfectly in this new tough, hard- nosed suns system.
Point guard Sergio de larrea from Spain. He is 6-6 and would give us a different look than Gillespie. A good backup and true floor general with some aggressiveness.
Shooting guard miles Byrd. He's 6-7 , athletic, can shoot and pass and is an elite point of attack defender.
Last but potentially a great fit is power forward Joseph Tugler.
His energy level, toughness and intensity on the interior would be a welcome addition behind Fleming as the backup power forward.
Three names, three perfect fits to add in the second round of the 2026 NBA draft.
For those that don't know these players projected in the suns range. They are worth researching.
This is cope. Horrendous pick, bad hands, only dominated against players clearly smaller than him (such as his most recent game where he played 2 6โ9 5s), narrow frame so canโt box out against big guys. It will be remembered as another Phoenix disaster pick like 2018, 2016 and 2020 and I will die on this hill.
