We’ve fallen off. It’s clear to me the Spurs are our kryptonite in the Western Conference. Wemby shoots through this false narrative that were a defensive juggernaut. SGA can’t get into the lane against him. Castle locks him up also. I’m really happy we were able to win our one championship because with the Spurs now emerging, it’s the only one we’re gonna get in this era.
Also, Mark not doing an interview is embarrassing. Show some class and respect for your opponent and the NBA. As a thunder fan, I feel completely embarrassed.

This game sucked but wembys impact showed last night as it felt like the thunder were clueless about how to stop him. I wasn’t a fan of dub or Caruso guarding wemby as he straight up embrassed them a lot. And I was not a fan of the coaching from mark and the fact that he didn’t play more of the second unit or dort because he blocked wemby which probably would’ve gave us momentum. Not worried about next game at all hopefully Isiah Joe is healthy for that. Wemby did a whole lot of trash talk so the next time they face eachother the thunder better talk that talk 😂
When you factor in Wemby’s wingspan I don’t get why they have Caruso guard him..like it just looked comical at times 😅

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a hundred times: as OKC, our only opponent is not ourselves. It’s our coach. Our coach, with the luxury that Sam Presti’s organization gives him, sees every game as an experiment rather than taking action before things happen. What does that mean? Every single Game 1 we play in the playoffs will be in danger.
Remember the Denver and Indiana series. We played a stupid free-throw game against a veteran Nuggets team, lost Game 1, and invited them into the series because of terrible late-game management. In the same way, our coach lost the Finals before they even started. We won tough.
As for Chet, bro, don’t do those fadeaways against Wemby. He’s 7'4", and every time you tried, he blocked you. You’re also missing free throws, and that cost us the game because you got demoralized again when playing against Wemby. You can’t play one-on-one against Wemby because you don’t have the hips, legs, or waist to do so.
As spurs fan I have huge respect for OKC . They one hack of a team. It takes till the very last second to beat them. What a game!!

As much as I love the Thunder, Wemby is a freak & very composed. He is a HUGE problem if healthy, & I think the Spurs are the favorites to win the chip if he is healthy.
