Get rid of YabuSucky and Dadiet with picks for Herb Jones. We need a wing or a big not anymore guards
The NY Knicks will pickup Donte in the trade next week in Minnesota when they play against the Timberwolves. Donte will become a Knicks again. Yabusele will end up being trade to the Timberwolves.
Agree with all you sad Chris. Yabu is not the right fit and although he hasn't had opportunity to play that much when he has played he's been inconsistent. Some are saying that Donte might return to the Knicks, oh I hope so. I was upset that he had to be traded. He was in the same mold as Josh, and that's a good thing.

We NEEEEED to sign Dink Pate to a contract. He will definitely help this team win. Yabu and picks need to go for Donte or Alvarado but I don’t see Yabu being on the Knicks roster after the deadline.

Truth is he's a garbage player on a good team but a good player on a garbage team. Some times that's just how it goes in the NBA. I said he was a bad signing and everyone bashed me, always knew I was right!
Yabusele last season, was on a fractured Sixers team that needed warm bodies to suit up; this gave him the opportunity to thrive on a losing team where nothing was at stake. Now that he’s on a real team, with high profile players playing for something, he’s being exposed. Not one time this year have we seen him banging on his chest “King Kong” style or hanging from the rim like when he was dunking on people. Nice guy, but just not a good fit for these Knicks. Dante’, we’ll have a limo waiting to pick you up at LaGuardia😉!

There is a mock trade I saw on Knicks recap with Mitchell Robinson, ayabu and Pacome for Herb Jones and Jose Alvarado with the thing is do you trade Mitch Robinson now and I feel like if we do it’s because we know he’s not coming back and he’s going into Free agency and we can just have Hukporti slide into that center spot but I would like to have another wing behind OG or play next to OG and have KAT at center. either or is fine.
I don’t see Yabu’s impact improving anytime soon. He gives off Simms vibes and doesn’t look confident when out on the floor.
This is hindsight, but would’ve kept Precious if we knew this was the Yabu we were getting. Absolute shame because the dude balled out for Philly last season, and it seemed like a perfect fit when he signed over the summer
Dink and herb jones we need the length and height I love Donte but I think that’s the move I might be wrong though so we will see
I feel bad for Yabu and all the other players in the league in similar situations. Thank you Yabu for being a professional, staying ready, and not letting ur own feelings be a distraction to the team. Hoping you get a bigger opportunity, whether it’s with the Knicks or some other team.
Getting DVincenzo back would be great but having to give a deuce or Mitch would be terrible only way I would do it is if we can get rid of Tyler, Kolic and pacomb for him
1 thing he does do.. yabu is a SOLID defender, his presence alone makes it difficult for teams to score on us, hes good at lockin down the paint so the rim is protected.. granted hes not producing efficiently on offense, but WE NEED DEFENDERS, we hav plenty of scorers, so yabu actually does fit considering he stops/at least slows down teams from scoring, WHICH IS MUCH NEEDED
