Melz love the show bro! You the best… you gotta stop tho… Poole is not on CJ level… CJ could have closed…and helped win a few games earlier this season! Take it from a fan… who seats front row every game every year …CJ is fundamentally sound. He can give 20 to 50 any time.. he was one of the reasons… why we did well against the Sun… in the 23 playoffs… CJ and BI were the #1 scoring duo in the NBA playoffs then! Why do you think we were #1 in the west the following year! Late in December CJ Zion JV… Next year 49 win CJ bro.. 8 rebounds and 6 assists in 25 minutes isn't even all that bad for queen. low scoring night, and lots of turn overs, but that's to be expected of a young playmaker. and, as you said, as teams become more aware of queen and he rises in the scouting reports, games like these will get more common for him. it's an opportunity for him to improve rapidly if he can adjust his game appropriately when he gets countered.
Karlo moves better on defense than Queen and is more aggressive PERIOD. IMO it’s because Karlo is in his 2nd season and is used to the pace of the game. Hopefully Queen can follow suit next season
Zion will be starting again in January once his mins limit is gone. IMO Fears plays like BI & doesn’t see the floor when he has the ball. Fears’ mindset seems to be more about beating his man & scoring. Also when Fears does pass, more than half of the passes are lazy passes that either gets stolen or instead of catching it in a sweet spot so they can score, takes his teammates out of their rhythm & they have to reset.
Im not giving JB any credit until he gets rid of small ball. Chi is the worst team in the league so those 3 and 4 guard linups with Queen at the 5 aint gonna cut it against decent teams
The fact that Karlo cant get on the floor is a massive red flag. The reason for the team's turnaround doesnt have much to do with the coaching change but more with health, players hitting their shots and chemistry building
Idc what JB wants to run. He needs to maximize the value of the team which means giving Looney and Karlo more run.

He just coming off the bench because he is on a minute restriction and it will just smart of them for him not to start the game but see he finished the game so you trying to save for the rest of the season. He's going to be coming off the bench if he stay with the pelicans that's I can't see that happen

The only reason Zion didn’t start was because he was coming off an injury. It happens every time, no start and minutes restriction. Once he get back healthy in full he will be back starting. I believe JB can put a line up to support his skill set.

I`m old school 7th warder and again Melz good observation, really Melz they need to keep Zion maybe re-negociate his contract let him understand he`s not on the floor enough. As far as positioning Zion I believe he needs to start the 1st quarter, stop shooting all those long 3`s go for the high percentage Zion in the key and let him score in the 1st quarter. After the 1st quarter take him out let him rest until the 4th quarter let him out he`ll be well rested we have enough dept for the 2nd and 3rd, the other team is worn down Zion driving to the basket get points they`re too tired to stop him again high percentage shot. think outside the box Melz Ha! Ha!

Another great show. Best point I’ve heard yet about Zion – now a role player, coming off the bench late to help the second unit , so as not to slow the offense down. Glad to see Karlo had a great game. Thank you! ⚜️
