Kenny is a great coach but either him or the coaching/training staff need to hold these players accountable. Johnnie Bryant does but it seems like just him. The tough teams are the ones who get called out on their effort constantly if they aren't putting in 100% . The Cavs currently are more talented than most but much less resilient than most. That will result in a second round playoff exit every year.
