The 3 Biggest Reasons Why The Raptors Keep Losing

The 3 Biggest Reasons Why The Raptors Keep Losing

The Raptors are struggling, and in this clip, Jacob Gramegna breaks down the three biggest reasons the team can’t seem to win right now. RJ Barrett’s absence has left a huge offensive gap with no one stepping up to fill it, Jakob Poeltl isn’t fully healthy and there’s no traditional big to back him up, and the team’s hot start created a false sense of what this roster is really capable of.

Jacob dives into how these issues are affecting the Raptors’ performance, what it means for the rest of the season, and why fans need to adjust their expectations. If you’re following Toronto this year, this clip gives a clear snapshot of the obstacles holding the team back.

  1. I truly believe this is your best video since you started . Very Well said and Very Wise

    Great Job Graham

  2. We’re exactly where we should be. This team wasn’t tested, that’s what this season was all about with hopes of making the playoffs. That’s all still in play. No need to panic and make a dumb move. Yes, get a serviceable big man to take some pressure off JP. Let RJ heal up. Scotty is everything we were hoping for. BI isn’t 100% but still looks great. IQ is shot is what we wanted, but he’s not a good PG. GD might be a bust, send him to gleague, bring back some of those guys and see what we have. Give CMB more consistent minutes, even when bad.

  3. The Raps have come back to earth. They're at best a 500 team. If any of there big 4 goes down for an extended period of time, there defense and depth get exposed, particularly at center.

  4. They say once you have back problems, they’re yours to keep. It’s the start of the decline unfortunately
