You’ve already missed out on countless talents — Alperen Şengün, Jalen Duren, and many others — and now, most recently, Ryan Nembhard.
Hopefully Chad Buchanan wakes up and starts investing in technology and professional-level scouting, like OKC and the Spurs, who consistently set the standard for getting the draft right.
The Pacers need to understand that the draft is gold for them — it’s the only real opportunity to acquire generational talent, something this franchise simply cannot do through free agency.
