   Spo threw out the old playbook, only to go and dig it up and refurbish it as new. He gives the illusion of change – he is a one-dimensional coach. D Wade being in the front office won't change anything. The Heat is strapped for cash, has limited talent, and Pat Riley is old-fashioned – stuck in his ways. As long as the area seats are producing revenue, the owner is not going to go all-in on rebuilding the team. It costs too much. The Heat are doing precisely what they are supposed to do: become the talk of the town for a limited amount of time and then fall to the teams' level of talent. The Heat is a blue-collar team. Lose one or two blue-collar workers, and the whole team falls apart.
