When I saw "AD Trade Rumors" I thought it meant Andre Drummond. Why would they want Anthony Davis? Ten years ago sure but now he can't stay healthy so what would be the point?

I don't think Trajan is going to make a trade for anyone, most likely. He said he values continuity above all else, in a recent interview. He also said that he believes this team has earned the right to have some of that: continuity.
Caris is the only guy who I could see us moving comfortably. Add Sasser into that if he hasn't fit into the rotation or shown any flashes of production through January. We'll go after Keon Ellis and Trey Murphy, especially Keon. He's the best fit for this team, imo, followed closely by Trey. He only gets the edge bc of his ability to be a release valve for Cade as a playmaker. But both of them are knock down 3 point shooters who can move well off ball, and are effective in transition. Not to mention their defensive capabilities.
But no AD. Absolutely freaking not. I wouldn't give up anyone or anything for him. With his contract, I view him as a net loss towards our longterm improvement.
Dude we ABSOLUTELY need more Chaz minutes. He's been effective in all of his minutes so far.

Yes man run this team all the way through the season with what we have. These kids did earn it last year to prove how far they can go. If they crash and burn during the season or get bounced again in the first round then splash away. This summer go for the big swing if they have a disappointing playoff run or even if they get to ECF they will see if they need to add a few new pieces. The 80s Pistons made 2 straight huge runs in the playoffs but it was the trade for Mark Aquirre and picking up James Edwards that put them over the top in 1989. History i feel will repeat itself. The Going to Work Pistons werent home grown, other than Prince and Lindsey Hunter, they were a bunch of cast offs from other teams who came together to form the Best 5 Alive
