We all know that in NBA refs don't follow the rules of this game/sport. They have they're own rules and criterium that they change whenever they want, just for audience and show.

I'm sure the refs know what the "rules" are, but the NBA is an entertainment business and enforcing these "rules" would take away from the entertainment value, lower scores and slow the game down. The NBA wants superstars, flashy plays, high scores and drama. That sells tickets and drives viewership, and therefore ad revenue. One of the many reasons I haven't watched more than a couple minutes of an NBA game at any given time. The NBA is not really basketball as it was intended. A bunch of whiny multi-millionaires who somehow equate their bank account with some kind of moral/societal importance. My life wouldn't be impacted one iota if the NBA ceased to exist.
They should have actual nba players ref nba games. Dogshit refs nowadays, fire them all 😂😂

The referee monopoly mafia needs to be broken up. Put three different competing referee association and have them criticize each other, and then the refereeing will improve.
A single referees association can collude among themselves, thus the coverup on their incompetence. But it is illegal for separate referees associations to collude.
I also think increasing the refs and having them specialize is needed. Other sports must also do it.
Between miss calls and bad calls the games are almost unwatchable. I’d like to see refs suspended without pay for no call/bad calls that’s directly impact the outcome of the game. Mistakes will happen, but it’s gotten out of hand. And as long as silver is in charge things will never change
The more I watch the NBA the more and more I'm surprised by the calls they make and the no calls …are the rules changing over the years …everybody travels and it's never called …and it's so obvious even the crowd and the bench knows and are calling for it but the refs don't blow the whistle unless is a non existent bait foul

This is a little disingenuous. Yeah, shoulda been a delay of game. Not even hard to change that from out of bounds to delay of game. Not a great look for the ref…but he did motion that the defenders did NOT reach over the line. Now, he was wrong, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know the rule.
I don't think he didn't know the rule. He chose not to call it. Techs can be a refs decision. Right or wrong. See it all the time. A ref may give a warning first. But If he didn't know the rule. definitely fired.

35ish years ago I remember watching professional wrestling and my dad flipping out that the ref was distracted by Bobby The Brain Heenan, missing a pin count in the process. That's how you guys sound now. The NBA is fake, deal with it.
