WINNING!!!!!💚☘☘☘
Hugo reminds me of Hondo with his energy. Offense isn’t there yet, but his motor is incredible.
Really good content! Very astute observation about Garva and Celtics culture.
The development of all the youngin is making this szn mad fun. It’s a lil like when they jays were young. This is way better than a tank.
My argument against John’s tank/trade guys idea was always that if you can win with this team you don’t need a lottery pick to compete going forward.
Walsh hugo Baylor Josh look good even Amari maybe Harper ..makes me confident Brad will find undervalued guys in the late first area with our 1st n the Pels 2nd. We’re GHUD! ☘️💪🏾
Hugo definitely looks like a lottery level talent.
Honestly I don't understand the surprise. The Celtics simply watched Hugo González (16 points) VS USA FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2022 Final – (Cooper Flagg had 10 points)
Thanks for the pod Noa
I'm not saying Hugo is, but he certainly is displaying the level of athleticism, innate savvy, determination, and improvement pattern as John Havlichek. He is athletic in the same way as Hondo, he in focused, takes coaching, and seems obsessed with improving. Havlichek was a terrible shooter coming out of OSU, but he worked until he became an all-time scorer. Hugo has potential. Leave it at that.
They are not contenders at all. However, they could make some noise in a second round and might win. Not Finals bound this year. Need a better Center and reliable bench players. Hauser has to be reliable.
Since you and John Zinnis are both part of the CLNS media company, please consider doing fewer episodes with him. The reasoned takes you and Bobby have make his assertions look like Boston Sports Talk Radio clown rants.
