I miss FVV
Low basketball iq team. Bad coaching. Fred wouldn’t and won’t save this team. We aren’t the nuggets making excuses for injuries. I’m not going to act like Fred is some perfect player either. I’ve seen him drive down the paint and get blocked multiple times. This team is an embarrassment. More talented than last year and a worse team. How do you over perform and then come back the next season and underperform.
Also, Turkish fans are dumber than the casual fans here in the states.
It’s like down the stretch they need to have Steven Adam’s in bc Sengun turns into a PF on the boards. They also need a PG. They need someone to orchestrate & break down defenses. Russell Westbrook would be a great addition in January
Until they get another point guard to run the floor while Fred is out they will continue to have these struggles. It has ZERO to do with KD. Nobody expected Fred to get hurt during the summer and now possibly be out for the season. Ime, and the Rockets team didn't plan on playing the season without a point guard. Once fans heard about Fred being out, they should have expected that the season was going to be a challenge especially if the Rockets don't plan on getting another point guard temporarily while Fred is out.
Besides, the fact that they still have a winning record without a point guard is impressive along with missing 2 other rotational players in Tari and DFS. Most NBA teams would be at the bottom of their conference without their point guard. They still have time to figure it out whether it's Amen getting better at running the offense or the front office getting another point guard before the trade deadline. Either way, fans just have to be patient and hope the Rockets figure it out. Tough loss but on to the next game. Let's go Rockets!!!!
