  1. Your not a Grinch Mat, I fully agree. The growth of our youngsters are important and while I want to win it would of been nice for DC to lean on Keagan to bring it home and let him get a taste of winning or loosing based off of his play.

  2. I disagree with the point about Westbrook and Deebo. I think it is important for the young guys and the group morale to experience what that veteran take over is like in a close game. Let them see how they take it over, how they clutch the game, how they trust each other on the final possession down 2 points. Yeah, it would be cool to see Nique Clifford or Keegan Murray hit that three for game, but watching DeMar play with discipline and poise in the highest stake moment is exactly the kind of things Nique and Max should be taking notes on and learning from. They will never learn these things if we are never winning games. Let them see why it's important to not foul out, so they can be in that moment. Why it isn't always about taking the final shot, that extra pass to the corner can be what the team needs.

    Just my thoughts

  3. Good show. I’m all for big picture and in on trading any and all and getting top draft picks for the next few years. We will all feel good on draft night going into that with a top 3 pick.

  4. Past 3 games have been really fun to watch.. the defensive effort has improved, rebounding, ball
movement, and just overall play.. Dillon has been massive and Max is a jem, not to mention Nique coming along. THIS is what Kings fans want to see!!

  5. It seems you are being a prisoner of the moment Matt. The shot numbers had more to do with how the rockets were playing us than anything else. The shot distribution has been pretty even for the last 10+ games. Russ has been averaging near 9 assists the last 8 games and Raynaud has been playing the best he ever has largely due to Russ (love the young fella he's playing hard). DeMar has been scoring efficiently and taking a step back and doing other things for the team to win (9assists tonight). I think if you look at the trend the last couple games this all has more to do with the way rockets played us than anything else. you don't look at 8-10 games and see 1 go differently and say that's the trend. As for Keegan he wasn't shooting well for a bit but when he has been other than tonight he's had the most or 2nd most shots for us.

  6. … That stretch in the 3rd quarter of second Portland game where it was Dennis on the floor with Nique, Keegan, Dillon and Max. That was awesome and I’d love to see that lineup more.

  7. Hi Matt, my next question for you is about these performances being competitive and the trade deadline coming up. If we are being competitive without Monk, Lavine, Sabonis, Carter, and Ellis what kind of value do you think we can get for them?

  8. I appreciate this switch from doom and gloom to let’s focus on the small pieces of good (the rooks). I was worried about your mental health if it continued down the first path 😂.

  9. Pistons hasn't hit 3s well. Reminder, 🦊, Barnes developed Keegan. Perry ought to consider bringing Chris here. Keon got treated the same way JK did. The Kerrmitt 🐸 tree.

  10. So sounds like you are angry at Russ & Deebo for the win? 😂 I've been following the NBA longer than you have been alive & I have never heard anything quite like you. Bravo on your horrible take👏👏

  11. They can still make a run for playinn. Season is still not over. More than 50 games remaining fool.

  12. Because of what sac is doing to Malik monk I will never watch another game! I hope they dry up as an organization and disappears like they are trying to do to Malik!!!He wants to talk about defense but give up 120-130

  13. I understand what you’re saying but it’s kind of important to show Sac fans some love. Ist quarter both played and did good. Yes, you again are too critical. Like you said, you can’t be made happy.

  14. I won a kings ticket package lower bowl and lexus lounge access at my company Xmas party. I traded it for a 100 dollars I'd rather sit home and do nothing then go. I'm a loyal fan since 99 but our front office is literally ass lol

  15. Great win!!! I'm not fooled by Murray!!! As least based on what Murray has shown me thus far in his 3 year career. Murray is a decent player, but he's no "Alpha-Dog" type player in the league, and has demonstrated a lacks consistency over the course of his 3 year career. However, I'd like nothing more than to see Murray prove me wrong. Consistency in the NBA is what separates the good, the bad, and the ugly. The Kings (even when healthy), as a whole, are the picture of inconsistency. Every time the Kings pull off a rare win against a good/great team, we go through all this, only to be let down by them in very short order. Anyway, the short-handed Kings team pulled off a great win and should be congratulated. Go Kings!!!

  16. Let me ask you something. When everybody else is just "standing around, watching" what other option do you have BUT to isolate? There's 2 sides to every story.

  17. Malik Monk used to come in for Fox and would casually drop 24 a night, trading Malik would be so bad, get size anothother way but Malik is Sactowns heart

  18. Absolutely agree with your take, Thanks. I respect Westbrook, but don't want him on this team. I want a PG willing to headman the ball to a streaking mate. And his dumb fouls, to much for this team. Finally it's a test for Christie, does he have the right vision and the guts to push for it? If not, adios!
