No matter how well cooper flagg and AD do,will NEVER justify what this organization did to Luka Doncic. It was a back stab for no reason. Now if Luka and the organization were going at each other and he was demanding a trade, then the sheep Mavs fans might have an argument. But that wasn't the case here
Yeah, we need to see AD, Kyrie and Flagg together and then decide whether we have a contender or not. It doesn't matter if it proves Nico right.
We don't have an easy path back to an AD level player, period. If we want any chance to win in the next 3-4 years, we keep Kyrie and AD. If we gotta rebuild after that, so be it. Cooper will be what, 22?

Yes, I do believe this video title is correct. Absolutely AD and Flagg can get the Mavs to make a little noise in the playoffs. But that's never really been the question. Everyone knows what a great player that AD is. The question is….can we trust AD to keep producing like this? How long before he's out for a month again?
What I'm afraid is more likely of happening is that AD is done for the rest of the year once Kyrie comes back. And then the Mavs need to learn how to win with Flagg & Kyrie and it'll be too little too late.
And now the draft pick is fucked and the future for Flagg beyond his rookie contract in Dallas is in SERIOUS question and us fans are left wondering "will he stick around for us or will he go somewhere for a better chance at the rings".
When was the last 2 way superstar that we’ve had in this league? Kawhi? And he left a lot of meet on the bone. Coop is instantly gonna be a lot of non mavs fans favorite player because he play so high on both side, and is still electric on offense . Just the hype alone has him the opportunity to be a special player. If he turns it up on this next month somehow, what if he’s a rookie all star?

what yall dont know is Anthony Davis always have good games vs. nuggets check his resume. This is why not to break this team up When kyrie comes back not only is they a playoff contender but they are championship contenders when healthy they can beat any team.
Cooper is a bigger, faster , more athletic Luka. He can do everything Luka can at a lesser clip offensively, and he’s leaps and bounds better on defense. If his 3ball comes he’ll be nearly as lethal offensively , and a savage on defense . He’s gonna be historic on both ends and like I said with Luka rookie year, if he plays anywhere near 20 years, he can break every LeBron record. The Slovenian doesn’t want to play that long because he had 10’years of pro work already, Flagg is fresh as a daisy, and Americans strive for those nba records. Flagg is coming for the record book gang!

Why do yall even talk about the MAVS? Hoping and wishing for draft picks and trades. I remember yall both were so high on the Rockets. They lose to Kings, Pelicans and get blowed out by the Clippers and crickets. Yall just don’t want the MAVS to succeed with AD. Simple.
AD clearly has a weird relationship with Dallas (and lowkey Coop), even if’s not on purpose. I think it makes total sense of HE’S the one who wants to be traded and/or if people advocate trading him because of it.

Rookie Flagg: 2 double-doubles when he is rarely double-teamed. AD is creating a lot of space for him.
Rookie Luka: 24 double-doubles and 8 triple-doubles while being double and triple-teamed.
Luka had 1.1 spg and .3 blocks per game as a rookie.
Flagg has 1.2 spg and .8 blocks per game.
Rookie Luka was every bit as good as rookie Flagg on defense.
Flagg dunks more, so you think he is more athletic. But when you are 6'10", dunking is really easy.

The only reason the trade for AD was bad is that he's a lot older than Luka and more injury prone. It's not that Luka is a significantly better player, as AD is great on offense even though Luka is better, and AD is one of the best defenders of all time. And Dallas was just in the finals two years ago. With a healthy Irving, AD, and Flagg playing, Dallas is just as good as they were then, maybe better. To trade AD would be nuts.
