From Turkey here. Old Pistons fan from nineties. Isiah Thomas era. During 2004 era i was watching them but with this team and being older and having a little bit more idea about what is being done, i can't stop watching highlights and podcasts such as yours. They have sth attractive, it's really fun to watch and they are playing real basketball. Not many 3 pointers etc

I love this team so much. We are absolutely must watch TV. We play every game with the effort, defense and physicality like it’s a must win playoff game. I think next season we should have a lot more nationally televised games.
I hope we make the right trades this season and get the player or players we need to give ourselves a legit shot to win it all. We definitely need another 3Pt sniper mininum.
I think trey murphy is a perfect fit, he’s tall and long, a threat from deep but also is great at driving into the paint and can self create his own shot. He’s also a secondary ball handler, so him or Cade could take it up and run the offense. He’s only 25 and is on a great contract for the next 3 seasons and still hasn’t reached his prime. He fits the teams timeline perfectly. I’m all in on trading Tobias, Ivey and a couple firsts if that’s what it will take because long term I think the pair of him and Cade can get it done.
The team is a throwback, and they’re good. That’s why they’re getting increasing popularity nationwide. It’s a brand of basketball that fans of basketball (and not just a specific team) want to watch.
Easy. Pistons play basketball the way you are supposed to play it. Doesn't matter the era or the rules. Detroit Pistons basketball is REAL BASKETBALL
