On Christmas Day, the Warriors led pretty much wire to wire with a well-rounded team effort across the board. I wanted to focus on several examples where Golden State punished the Mavericks’ defense when they sent two at Steph Curry — whether on on-ball or off-ball screens — leading to easy buckets at the rim or wide-open threes that gave Steph the assist or hockey assist. So let’s get into it.

  2. Finally, we are using Stephs' gravity to hit the cutter in a half court set. Rather than, using 11 to 12 seconds trying to set a pick or on ball screen for Steph, who by the way is being chased and being held by 2 defenders. Meanwhile the player holding the ball is obviously waiting for Steph to break loose! 4 seconds left on shot clock…desperation shot!
Or…we get the rebound, two of our players sprint to our basket two defenders are trying to get down court to defend. Instead of taking the paint before the defense fully establishes their zone or man defense. We pull back, let the defense setup, just so we can try to penetrate the key to score or kick out to 3 point land. My point is your chances of scoring is higher before the defense gets set. Why pull back when you have the opportunity to score or even draw a foul as well. Jus my two cents😎

  3. podz been great like i said hes been haters jus gonna hate good job by the whole bench with the help in this game too everyone contributed and we finally got a melton game fr

  4. yo nice hugging here to allow steph a free three 2:23 im glad the NBA supports man-to-man relationships so openly. 6:40 steph gives a nice warm hug here too, but steph's hungry for the ball not dick and the other dude is like "no steph don't go" as he wraps his strong arm around steph's weist to prevent the open three

  5. Steph the type of opponent that makes you realise he has 4 more teammates to guard

    That's how impactful he is.

  6. Very happy of the consistency of the rotation finally, hopefully it won't be changed. Still sad about the JK though, it's clear the rotation it's good on guards and now with TJD and Al also on bigs but a true wing is missed. Will you prefer to get a wing on the market for JK or maybe claxton to replace TJD?

  7. The Mavericks beat the Warriors when Curry was playing goofy. They have been better with him off the court this season. His on-off is negative. Because his defense is awful. And his shooting efficiency has been so inconsistent.

  8. Ngl Al horford is one of those valuable players that shouldn’t be played on too many season games and should be preserved for important games especially playoffs, he’s getting old but still good enuff to add value to his minutes

  9. wow these are good. Warriors would sponsor these if they are aware; like they did with Eric Apricot and GOAT

  10. Horford returning and hitting 3's is the game changer.Either he, Heald, Post, Moses, or Pod have to light it up to make the Dubs happen, especially when Steph is getting double teamed. We need the third scorer………
