Paolo legit needs to find himself, tonight he had a chance to prove himself with Suggs and Franz down. Not to mention the fact that we were playing the hornets. I don’t know what’s going on but he needs to stop trying to fit in! HE NEEDS TO RUN THE WHOLE DAMN GAME!!!
Again the Paolo Apologists are making em laugh. All of a sudden people who are fairly criticizing Paolo are stupid? Yeah okay…I don’t think trading him is good but he is being treated with Kid Gloves. When will be held accountable for the winning metrics: hustle, defense (intensity and drive), balls security, shot selection. He’s been bad at all of these since rookie year. Yea there are people who are just piling on, but discount the criticism that has been there for a valid reason. Maybe if the media would stop proclaiming him to be “the guy” the “1 option” without him proving it.
If he was shooting poorly but was a positive defender, amazing rebounder (he’s been better), or had the intangibles of a Jalen Suggs then that would be one thing. He acts like he’s being dragged to choir.

As a Celtics Fan, I had high hope for the Magic, I thought they would easily be the best team in the East this year. Paolo and Franz are kind of redundant, you need to trade one to get a big haul. Also the bench has been struggling.
The hornets shot the lights out, which you can't always help but we just were not competitive tonight, missing Suggs so much for his defensive energy and so much of our offense relies on getting stops when you can't get a mf'ing rebound ans have to keep picking the ball out of the hoop our O just doesn't find a rhythm which is not ideal. If we want to be contenders we need to be able to play against a preset D 😢
something isn't right. esp w Mose + Paolo. and the most concerning things to me aren't scoring or D…it's stuff like how bane + P don't seem to click, terrible team vibes, 0 effort or heart, nonexistent camaraderie, no aggression, no more "next man up" mentality….

Paolo to big and strong to b dribble around the perimeter like a finesse player..the coaching staff needs to have him around the basket
