I can’t believe that this team has shown no effort or fight, last year that was never a problem, this year with more talent and we are just not showing any effort or fight!! This really begs the question, has Mose lost the locker room??? I just don’t understand why this keeps happening
Paolo is clearly struggling with this new offense. He’s a half court old school player, he can’t play this new style of offense and this causes him to not get into a rhythm. Mosley has done an absolutely terrible job at creating plays and actions to get Paolo into a rhythm. This is on Mose to figure this out and I just don’t see him as the coach to get the best out of all this talent
PB has basically become Ben Simmons. Until he figures out his jumper the Magic are going to struggle. It’s like he has no lift on his shot and his finishes at the rim

Dennissalas648 is right. The Orlando magic have taken the Paolo out of Paolo. He no longer takes tough shots and that's a big part of his game. There are times when I see him wanting to pull up and stick one right in someones grill like he'd do in the past and he doesn't. They are ruining him. You simply can't have Anthony black taking more shots than Paolo. This is how you get fired as a coach.
Make it happen this summer: Sign & trade for Giannis. Banchero + Isaac. You can not pay Banchero max money for this kind of effort.
Paolo should be a system or have complementary offensive plays around him and there seems to be not much coaching support. They need Franz to run and gun. Mose is digging his own grave.

I liked what you said! The magic dont have an excuse for the injuries, they have been a team to still win without Franz, banchero and suggs. Last year we did not have bane, and banchero and Franz were out with injuries and with suggs they won a lot of games, so what is the excuse now? I know, Banchero got the bag, he dont need to play as best of he's ability. If I was Mosley, I will seat Banchero out and play the whole bench. JI, Goga, Richardson, Bane, Black, Cane, Penda, Jett, Jones, Wendell. I beat we beat Denver with this squad
Can we stop making the excuses please, we do not need to add a player or wait for others to recover. This team has 0 sense of direction offensively and defensively. They have the depth and talent, THE COACH HAS LOST THE LOCKER ROOM, it’s clear by peoples body language and response to him!!!!!

Wasn’t Bane a good three point shooter? He comes to play for this coach and all of the sudden he can’t shoot? Offense is all about rhythm and ball movement, repetition and they don’t have that. It’s time for a change. I told you Paolo quit on this coach last year.
My conspiracy is this: Joe Prunty is slowly taking over Mosley’s position and he is building new logic for this team. Paolo is trying to fit in to the new system and it takes time.
Hornets fan here. Magic legit looked uninterested. Especially Banchero. He played really soft (compared to what he’s done in the past against us)
Let's face it we have a problem; Paolo is not the generational player the hype has claimed him to be. He is an excellent player, but he does not have the eye of the tiger and can't put a team on his shoulders and refuse to allow his team to lose. Another problem we have is that Orlando's coaching staff are terrible in taking advantage of the skill set their bench has. They don't substitute their bench players well, and they don't allow their bench to develop instead they give their bench inconsistent playing time and expect their bench players to give them consistent uplifting play. The Magic have bench players that can develop into starters in the league, but the Magic treat them like they are G league scrubs they are trying to develop, shaking my head.

Banchero’s body language lately tells the whole story, the vibe between him and Mosley is completely off. Reports are already coming out about "strained communication" and zero eye contact in huddles. Even Paolo’s mom is on Twitter calling out the coaching and rotations. When the franchise player and his family are this frustrated publicly, it’s deeper than just a groin strain. Mosley is losing the locker room.
