Thats exactly whats wrong with almost every team in the league. Nobody wants to fight for it anymore. Ur never gonna win a championship if ur not willing to get into a fight for what u want. The Spurs play angry, the Rockets and Suns w/ Brooks plays angry. And The Knicks, Nuggets, Pistons and OKC all play a tough brand of basketball. Its not by accident those type of teams all have good records. Fans shouldn't want to hear about unwritten rules crap, we want rivalries and competition.

What he did was simply mock the opponent. They already had the game in the bag, and we’ve all seen that when that happens, out of respect, the winning team lets the final seconds run out. It’s simple, pure fair play.
On the other hand, Giannis got angry months ago when Tyrese Haliburton’s father mocked him after the game in which the Pacers eliminated the Bucks had already ended.

It's a silly concept for a professional team in a for-profit league that makes money for no reason other than the entertainment value of the basketball being played to stop playing while the clocks is still running.
People paid to see you play. They overpaid to see you play. They should be entertained for every single second of the game no matter what the score is.
If the losing team wants the game to be over, nobody is stopping them from forfeiting in the last 15 seconds. If they don't want the team that's up scoring again, then they can get back on defense and stop it from happening.
Imagine the self-righteousness of a man to say scoring the basketball is disrespectful to the game when the reaction to scoring the basketball is to try to fight a man on the court. Is fighting not disrespectful to the game?
