Good things boys, I checked the Draftkings odds as of 10 pm and the nuggets are still at the second highest odds to win the title. I guarantee you that they report that kind of stuff to Vegas first, and as of right now, the odds have not changed. We might have hope or maybe I’m just severely coping.
Nightmare scenario
Those winnable games that we threw away so far this season sure feel a lot more important now. We could have had 3-5 wins more and would have given us a bit more room to spare while everyone recovers and gets back into it. Weren't AG and CB supposed to be coming back soon?
The emperor card was an omen, last year moach this year jokic. Hopefully Jokic back after All star game. And Nuggs be at around 5/6th seed before All star.

The game was cursed from the beginning. The altitude staff (Vic Lombardi) just HAD to mention, not just that Denver had yet to lose back to back road games this season BUT ALSO that Jokic has played in every game this season so far. The most incredible off-season moves, so much more than we hoped, followed by the best season of Jamal and Jokic's careers….
And then 3 starters out..and now Jokic. This is brutal. If CB was a trip and AG was a gut punch, and Cam was being kicked while you're down, then Jokic getting hurt was being curb stomped.
Unbelievable, the worst thing that could happen for the team.
I’m kind of optimistic though.. Compared to Cam’ injury, I think that Cam’ knee hyperextended more than Jokic’. That said, they are off course different individuals with different build and flexibility.. but I’m optimistic!

At this point the best case scenario is that they are sprinting into they play-off…the reality is that AG is unlikely to not reinjure, CB needed whole season to ramp up, has very short ramp, Cam just ramped up (took him 2-3 month) and there's possibility he's starting from 0. And Jokic was never injured…dude might come back in pre season shape…I know I eat away all my injuries…

In the old days (pre-Jordan, Shaq), what Jaquez did to knock Jones into Jokic would have been a flagrant charge. Now the only way to get a charge call is to be as still as a statue outside the “restricted zone.” Favoring the offense to this degree has made it a much more dangerous game. The defensive player is usually back-peddling and can’t see who he’s about to be knocked into.
Hey, so we have All Star Jammal, CB has a new contract. The best player in the world plays with players from the G League and the guy wants to break his leg. Jordan would cry if he had teammates like that. And then everyone comes: Jokic doesn't play defense, Jokic doesn't play defense. What should he play, a guy from the G League comes and throws himself like a mule, he ruined this season, and maybe the next one too. How he did it I don't know, and I don't believe that any of you have had the opportunity to see something like that in the last 40 years that I've been following the NBA. Jokic wasn't lucky with the coaches there, he needs a top coach to clearly tell everyone, like Steve Kerr did. This is the best player in the world, while we play we win through him, everyone should respect their role and it will be fine.
I had exactly the same thing.. the guy rebounded fell on his bottom straight on my foot and pushed my knee backwards… it hurt so much, i started pushing him forward because i couldnt move because he is sitting on my foot and pushing me forward, but in a month it was OK. I think for month Jokic is out! And well he is a tough Serbian so!!!

This is in some way good for Denver team all team and they must learn how to play basketball without Jokic and best team's show when they are down and this is chance for bench and young players to take opportunity and show what they know or don't know! And Nikola will be back soon doubt it's some scary injury he not extend super and little ankle was bend but when I was see Jokic first time in Denver ohh he will get injury prone not survive month,when man look at him that is what first come to mind,but Joker show that he is toughest player and all this years without serious injuries fascinating! And even now it wasn't his fault!
At what point do we start asking question about the nuggets training/strength conditioning/medical staff?
