I know you’re young so I’m letting you know in the history of the NBA, years in the league don’t matter… age is the #1 thing. There is a reason they say prime is 27, so asking a 21 year old & 22 year old to play at their full potential is unrealistic. As long as they are improving, that’s the only thing that matters. You just don’t want them to turn into Bam’s were they plateau & backslide.
