SNUBBED: Orlando Magic’s Paolo Banchero & Franz Wagner STRUGGLE to Crack All-Star Returns
The Orlando Magic’s two star players were near the bottom of the Eastern Conference first returns for the All-Star Game. That is no surprise with how much the two have struggled and the injuries they have faced. It could leave the Magic without an All-Star for a second straight season.
The only way for either to get consideration is for them to return to form and for the Magic to climb the standings. Their schedule remains set for them to do so. The winning will come first, and then the individual rewards.
Getting there starts with getting healthy. Jalen Suggs was upgraded to QUESTIONABLE for Wednesday’s game against Indiana. That will give the Magic a major boost. Orlando is at its best with Suggs on the floor and he can lift the team’s overall energy completely.

If the Orlando Magic do get an All-Star, who should it be?
Franz has missed too many games to be an all star. Paolo simply hasn't even been good enough to be considered. The only realistic option is Desmond Bane lmao
Paolo Banchero still got one month which is not a short time for Paolo Banchero to prove to the coaches he can still be an All Star. If he can average 25pts 10rbs
Paolo still has time to make a case . He already has some impressive triple doubles. Franz will probably miss too many games

The voting is sorted by PPG each year and that plays a huge part in the voting cause a lot of fans just lazily fill in besides their guys. They weren’t going to be starters anyways

They won’t get in
No one from the Magic this year is correct . And I do not care since I hate this new format as the evil clown Pennywise experiments with his NBA experiment that is hurting the NBA. Just like LeBron swinging this arms during the national anthem ?????? with probably no penalty by Pennywise. No doubt now he is not the GOAT of the NBA. Part of the problem we now have is splitting the wealth around. Desmond Bane would be the most deserving this year with his play. Two game winning shots. Wagner out due to his injury and will have to get back into playing shape. Banchero has not played like an all star at all and his shooting, especially mid range shot, has to improve. Banchero's game has not shown the improvement we all expected. AB has definitely showed the most improvement but is not an all star player yet. Wagner the next most improvement, Bane playing like we expected, maybe a little better, Suggs out due to other All stat guards. The one thing the injuries have shown is we have a non all star head coach. Mosley's lack of offensive scheme has shown to be an impediment to helping this team improve. Our start when healthy was not good with this roster. Unless the rest of the year plays out as the best or second best team in the East, record wise, he needs to go.
The one year they finally do the USA vs world, world now has the best lineup ever and USA might have the worst lol
