WEMBY UPDATE: Shams just reported that Wemby suffered a "slight hyperextension" in his left knee, and the initial tests came back "negative" and showed "no major injury." GREAT NEWS!
Spurs need a Bobby Portis/Isaiah Stewart type to give receipts for all of the reckless plays/cheap shots on Wemby every game. That aside, he has played reckless all season. Wemby needs to slow down and let the game come to him.
What we just witnessed is Champagnie getting a big raise in his next contract.
Keenan, this is perfect. I LOVE when you guys post a 10-minute recap soon after the game ends with some incisive analysis. We usually have to wait until the next day to see this, and after an exciting win we still need our Spurs fix (yes, even on New Year’s Eve!). Keep up the good work!
