Chet has really improved every year. He puts in the work and deserves to be an All-Star.
People say the Thunder starters are just lazy for not playing 4th qtrs but injuries happen to good players. It not only rests the regular players but allows everyone to get competitive minutes. When someone gets injured, you need experienced players to take over.
If Ajay wasnt hurt last year and showed what he can do, the contracts might have been split up differently. He has the moves. 🏆
Chet needs to gain 20-30lbs of weight especially in the upper body strength, he gets outplayed by bigger muscular bodies, and shoot more without being reluctant, S G A also needs to shoot a lot more 3 ball, it’s the new norm in the league guys have made almost 130 3’s, and no thunder player is near that number, Congratulations to S G A for the S I AWARD apex and pinnacle skies, still evolving skies the limit
I wonder if Diagneault should explore giving Dub a little more burn in the 4th qaurters in these blowout wins just to find his game and get back used to consistently putting up big numbers. After a summer where he wasn't really able to shoot or so much with his dominant hand, those reps for him, finding his confidence and rhythm for the big games may mean more than whatever development the end of the bench guys are getting, some of whom won't really be getting burn in the playoffs like that.
You usually don't want to risk injury to your best players, but they're blowing out so many teams that it'll be tougher for him to grt the reps in game ti get his game back, if he's onky getting 25 minutes or so a lot of nights.
Chet will be an all star because the best team in the league HAS to have more than 1 all star if teams in the middle of the attacking get 2. It doesn’t make sense to have one of the best records in nba history and bullying almost all the other teams in the league and only have 1 all star.

Dub might have to take the scottie roll, Shai and Chet work better dynamically. Especially with the fact that OKC has good rhythm shooters on the bench. The team is still unstoppable they just have adjust for this season. Its probably better for him as well, when Shai was earlier in his career he saved alot of tread on his tires
