    Love this breakdown. I’ve been a big Deuce McBride supporter for a while now — his defense, his energy, the way he fights over screens and makes life miserable for opposing guards… that stuff doesn’t always show up in the box score, but it absolutely changes games. When Deuce is on the floor you feel the intensity shift. He plays the Thibs way: tough, disciplined, physical, and selfless.

    That said… I honestly think Tyler Kolek is the future at the guard spot for this team.

    Kolek just brings something different. His court vision, pace control, and feel for the game are on another level. He sees plays before they happen, he keeps the offense organized, and he actually makes everyone around him better. Watching him, it feels like the ball is finally in the hands of someone who understands the flow of the game — when to push, when to slow it down, when to get guys touches in their spots.

    Deuce is a perfect rotation piece and culture guy, but Kolek looks like someone who could eventually run this team. A true floor general. The type of guard that makes the Knicks offense sustainable in the playoffs instead of relying on tough isolation shots every possession.

    And the crazy part is — the two of them don’t even cancel each other out. Deuce can be the defensive menace off the bench or next to him, while Kolek controls the offense. That’s a nasty combo if it develops right.

    I’m excited about Deuce, but I’m invested in Kolek. If he keeps progressing the way he’s started, I really believe he becomes a major piece of the Knicks’ core moving forward.

    I kinda like to trade fort the Champagnie brother that plays on the Wizards, 6'6, 38% from 3, 6 rebounds a game. I'm just afraid of how much we have to give up!

    Spurs are the only team that would realistically trade for him, wemby is the only reason San Antonio would trade for a overpaid, overweight, and under achieving Frenchmen 😂😂
