What up!
One thing I've noticed about 3 point shooters is they will hit 60% one night then 20% the next. So if a shooter has an off night, it's not a big deal until it becomes the normal.
We can still keep Ivey on a pretty Cheap contract considering what he was going to get pre injury. Sucks to say someone truly effected his career in that way
Rotation is just a little clogged at guard. They should trade Caris. He's great but most of the time he just doesn't fit in or JB is trying to play another sg at Pg like Sasser.
I think most fans are back on the side of letting Stewart play PF.
Side note, I was looking at defensive rating leaders earlier and Duren was top 10 or right around there. Cade was up there too, top 15ish. Didn't see either Thompson on the list. You think defensive rating is flawed?

Great show! Last summer I predicted Ivey would get a slow start to the season. I expect much better play after the All Star break. I also predicted Ivey would sign a short show me contract.
Unless someone offers us a really good deal, we should extend him and decide to trade or keep after he has a healthy offseason to improve.
Knicks fans have a subconscious fear of the Pistons because deep down they know how close we cam to winning.
Plus the Knicks title window is probably only this season.
Man this year it’s the Cardiac Pistons. Every time we seem to be up by 10+ with 4 minutes left we always make it a close game lol. Hope we can learn to close out these games earlier. It will help come playoffs.
I absolutely hated that starting line up. It didn’t work at the beginning of the game and then it didn’t work at the start of the second. I hope we come out with a different starting lineup against the Knicks. We need another shooting threat on that starting lineup. I’d love to switch out Bball Paul for Ivey and get Ivey some more minutes and see what he can do next to Cade starting a game together with Ausar out there as well.
For a small lineup I like cade, green, duncan, ausar, duren.
Larger lineup: cade , duncan, ausar, stew, duren.
Daniss game just showed how much Cade can get better with a secondary ball handler that knows what to do! That guy can also be Ivey if JB doesn’t held him on the corner. Sasser is a terrible PG who runs 20 second dribbling very very often. Our lineup MUST have a secondary ball handler to help Cade with the load. As Cade also plays well off ball. I CANT SEE ONE SINGLE MINUTE of Caris LeVert anymore. Trade him for nothing, he’s just an issue for JI and DJ development.
