Is Trae's injury really that bad or is he being told to sit out because of a possible trade.
They are crazy if they think the Hawks are going to attach a pick to trade a former All star.
So basically the Hawks are trading (for basically nothing) their star player on and off the court because of failures of a head coach who is most likely going to be fired? These overpaid executives are just not good at their jobs!
Ain't no way they watched this team play offense and said "Yeah I think we should salary dump our point guard in season by trading him for CJ"

The 3 team trade with the Hawks, Wizards, and Mavs makes some sense.
Primary trade pieces AD to the Hawks, Trae to the Wizards, CJ McC to the Mavs with other smaller salaried players for salary matching.
Trae is gonna be salary dumped somewhere and we’re gonna need to get a center that can play games AND a point guard. Front office is a disaster, Trae Jalen and KP only played 40 minutes together!
Attach Quin to any trade too cuz he's a bum

This is so depressing. The face of the franchise is going to be dumped cause they don’t wanna pay him and use this silly small sample narrative of being better without him when Porzingis being out for most of Trae’s games that really hurts the team
The Hawks “Big 3” entering the season of Kristaps Porzingis, Jalen Johnson and Trae Young have shared the floor for just 42 total minutes this season.
Not even the equivalent of one full game.

Trae has his limitations but I don’t think the lineup is great at creating for others. Outside of Jalen, I don’t think people can seriously see the rest of the lineup and say “yeah I want him to run the offense.” Being a year too soon is better than a year too late but if Atlanta is not willing to give Trae the contract, he should be traded.
Anybody surprised? Why are y'all surprised? The front office has been bending over backwards to build a team around him for years. Coaches and players. He's been the center of all this drama. Ease the tension in the locker room. Talented or not, time to go. Peace.✌🏻

Trae, He's been treated by ATL Fans less fair than he deserve. He is fighter mentality always. I believe he would cope fine with this situation. I would support him next team.

He's gone! All eyes on the Wiz/Mavs/…and possibly a 4th team! Hawks CLEARLY don't want this to go on any further! The EAST really is wide open…it's GETTABLE for sure…Bring in some PRO players to correct this mess! Trae's not worth the money he wants..and is NOT the same Trae of a couple of years ago! Size and lengtrh matter! ONSI will not let his off-season moves go down the toilet! It's about getting in the post-season now…when regular season wins at the end….. mean NOTHING!!!

Trae will CERTAINLY pick up that option….the big money he's looking for will not be there after he picks up that option! CJ and Kispert can PLAY!!! 2 pro players!!!! Those 2…by themselves can shoot you out of the gym when HOT! Those 2 BOTH play hard!!! and are having good years! Don't kid yourself aboutthose 2! Hawks need a CHANGE….and some fresh faces to shake things up!
C.Kispert is 26…and signed on a very team friendly contract…the guy can flat out play….plus with Luke…being on an expiring deal…Kispert would slide in nicely as that SNIPER!!!! I'm not saying that's going to be the trade…but the $ works…those 2…I'm sorry…can play and will be hungry playing MEANINGFUL basketball…something that the WIZ can't offer! They are flat out…2 REAL PRO PLAYERS! If that's the trade…I"M in!!!!!!
Coaching, in my opinion, is something the hawks should evaluate as well because Quin has been subpar at best this year with lots of questionable decisions ~ Hope this is something you can touch on in mailbag videos, Brad 🙂
