What actually happened to make Steve Kerr lose it for the first time in nearly six years? In a game filled with strange whistles, missed calls, and mounting frustration, one sequence in Warriors vs Clippers sent Kerr over the edge and may have directly cost Golden State the game.
We rewind the chaos from Draymond Green’s early battles inside, to Kerr’s first-quarter argument over a potential travel, to a stunning no-call on a blatant goal-tend that had the entire arena in disbelief. We break down the rules in real time, including the gather rule on shooting fouls and why Steph Curry’s made basket was waved off, even though the contact looked questionable.
You will also see how a missed layup, a controversial whistle after the shot went in, and a defensive breakdown on a Green-Curry pick and roll created the moment that finally pushed Kerr onto the court and into a second technical. From there, the Clippers capitalized, and the Warriors never recovered.
I was in the building for this one, and when that goal-tend went uncalled, everyone knew something was wrong. We break down every key play with slow-motion analysis, rules context, and coaching decisions to show exactly why this wasn’t just about emotion, it was about a call that changed the outcome.
Plus, Steph’s late-game heroics, the final foul that sent him out of the game, and how one defensive gamble ended the Warriors’ chances in a one-point thriller.
This one had everything, elite passing, officiating controversy, coaching fury, and a finish that came down to the smallest margins

  1. Honestly I'm okay with coaches and players complaining to the point they get tossed because the refs inconsistency really can be detrimental to their mental state.

  2. The NBA needs to add another ref. Why don't they? Seems like a no-brainer to me. The quality of calls will vastly improve

  3. Game push narratives like a good story its not a competition why nba dropping viewership it became too predictable.

  4. It's difficult to respect winning in modern NBA due to all the refs interjecting themselves, all the traveling, and all the flopping. Basketball is a beautiful sport but now it's just to rig the game for gamblers.

  5. No one should highlight the Clippers for the rest of the season, let's pretend they don't exist. Maybe then they'll become what was promised so long ago.

  6. they just gotta start publicly fining and/or suspending refs for gross incompetence at this level. if you can see it from the nosebleeds there's no fuckin way you could miss it from courtside. that was possibly as much as an 8 pt swing for the clippers. -2 GS for no goaltend +2 clips for 2 techs. after curry fouled out with 42 seconds left GS only scores one more point. had he been in it's reasonable to think he takes at least 2 shots so that's another -3 for GS, possibly as much as -5.

  7. Well I didnt buy league pass this season after 5 straight seasons and I am so glad that I didnt. Watched this game live on Youtube yesterday and it just was one bad call after the other.

  8. the nba is turning into wwe, just tell us these games are scripted so we know what we are watching. Last year luka miraculously lands in LA and the mavs get a 1st round pick

  9. I stopped watching the nba like 8 or 9 years ago for this reason. Sad to see it’s still in a horrible state. I love basketball, love watching high level basketball, but cannot stand the current state of the NBA. so sad.
