  1. This is your best podcast ever ! Excellent work. The only way you could make it better is by wearing a Nuggets black rainbow jersey!

  2. Shout out to David Adelman, nobody is talking of him. He is runing denver and still holding to #3 standing with almost the third unit of his roster, players that with Malone were so terrified of missing a shot that couldn't even get to the court. Yesterday they manage to win over MIL without 4 starters including Jokic and Jamal !!! So the confidence that DA has convey to this young guys is really a huge achivement and must be recognice. Thanks.

  3. Can't trade Cam Johnson..You NEED a SHOOTER in that SF position, you CAN'T have three mid shooters(CB, AG, PWat) in the starting line up, around Murray and Jokic PNR, casual…
PWat is more of the replecment for AG or CB(depending on who got more trade value).

  4. I think the most impressive thing about the Nuggets over the past month or so–when the cascade of injuries started–is how the bench has played with such freedom. Guys aren't hesitating. Their confidently stepping into shots and making plays. And playing their butts off on the defensive end. No question a lot of that is due to Adelman and the coaching staff. They've been able to infuse confidence into the whole roster. Pretty remarkable stuff. This is what great coaching looks like.

  5. I count it as. 4 and 4 since Jokić went out because he went out seconds before halftime in a tie game. Or you can count it as 4 and 3 1/2. But 4 and 3 seems off to me

  6. Nah, they're not that special, they would've been blown out if Giannis wasn't on a minutes restriction, they lost his minutes by 16 points and he's playing alone on this Bucks team with the worst coach in the NBA, Doc freaking Rivers lol.

  7. I was thinking all the same things. I do like Cam Johnson and think he's a good fit, but Watson could end up being a genuine superstar the way he's growing and still very young. I think you just have to find a way to keep him and dealing Cam seems like only option?

  8. Denver needed a guy like Watson and all they needed to do was play him. He was sitting on their bench. Same with Zeke Nnaji, Nuggets needs defense and Zeke has been on the bench for six years. Coach Malone is not looking so good right now.

  9. The whole point of this regular season is to build up our different lineups and develop a defensive identity. This stretch is our blessing in disguise

  10. Credit to david adelman empowering his guys. Under malone those guys feared for their lives and adelman gave them leash to thrive. Amazing development. Managed to salvage zeke freaking nnaji who seemed unplayable for years until now

  11. Reminds me of how the 2005 Spurs stumbled and then found their way in March when Tim Duncan was out 12 games with a bad ankle. They went on to win it all.

  12. Funny I was seeing a lot of people in the DNVR chat about how terrible of a coach Adelman was. Looks a lot different today 😆
