Miami Heat Need Bam Adebayo To Figure It Out | More Ja Morant Miami Fodder | What’s Blowing It Up?

Tobin discusses Bam Adebayo’s struggles on offense. What are the paths to getting this fixed: shutting him down for a couple of weeks? Lineup shuffles? Tough Love? Trade him? Who does Adebayo make sense with if not Miami? The national NBA scene is keeping the Ja Morant conversation alive and mostly centered around Miami? What are the pros and cons of that move? People on Twitter think Tobin is calling to ‘blow it up’ by saying it’s time to trade veterans but what does ‘blowing it up’ even mean for a team like this?

  1. I appreciate Tobin for keep it real and not being a propaganda arm of the Heat organization like some of these other Heat focused Podcast.

  2. Im at the position of either bench Bam so he can rest and recover, or trade all of them so Spo is forced to stop playing favorites and realize this a league team, not a country club.

  3. Why is everyone scared to say bam just not that good, I mean I've been saying since 18, 19 I knew he just wasn't that guy. Which is why I haven't tuned in all year!!!

  4. The young players aren’t allowed to have as many “off nights” as bam is allowed to. This coaching style doesn’t make sense

  5. You think hero would be a good compliment to Norm get in the paint throw it out to Hero for an open shot I don't understand why it's so complicated I don't know how they can't figure this out I understand maybe because they're not healthy

  6. Bam don’t got it now never had it and never will. Whiteside and bam should have been the on the floor together playing defense power forward and center but the Heat screwed that up.

  7. This dude throwing Hell Mary trades for Bam non of those teams want Bam especially being he’s declined tremendously and he’s getting 50mill next year NOBODY WANTS HIM

  8. Tobin Rather Bam stinking it up in a knicks or Celtics jersey than in a Heat Jersey at the moment Miami the laughing stock of the NBA because of Bam

  9. Yes blow it up ! Bam isnt worth that money hes earning right now and next year. Bam averages 15ppg or less and is getting paid 50 million a year . HELL NO !!! PAT LOVES GIVING THE BAG TO MEDIOCRE PLAYERS. I say trade him and tyler as well

  10. Been telling yall for 2 years Bam is declining and it’s going to keep getting worse but yet you guys still say not to trade him thats nuts

  11. I’m so sick in the head I believe I can help Bam, but no one would be able to point out his weaknesses in the coaching staff so they might as well trade him. Our offense is putrid and he’s a huge reason why, even future financial implications are bad

  12. Everybody keep saying it his girlfriend and that not true at all. One he fight back issues. Two it team chemistry. I feel like the coach need to do some adjustments and that includes bring Tyler off the bench with. He slow the game down

  13. I’ve been waiting for bam to “figure it out” for like 10 years. At what point is it him just not being that guy? 166 million over the next 3 years is insane

  14. I'm mainly interested in seeing the young guys play. We all know what Bam, Herro, etc. can do. We also know it's not enough. We need to ship all the vets out. Get as much value for them as you can. This rebuild is long overdue.

  15. Ban can help a good team coming from the bench just like USA but you can’t build team around Bam he no longer have competitive mojo 😮he has no value as a trade aider 😮

  16. What does Bam need to figure out? He's just not that talented offensively. Never has been. Those that think he will become another Hakeem have a long wait ahead of them.

What the HEAT need to figure out now is, "How do we get Bam to take a pay cut?" Either that or, "Who or what can we trade him for?" The status cannot remain quo.

  17. We need to change the team and spolstra period enough is enough, thank you spo but not thank you I even no your move imagine the NBA coaches , yesterday an example okc coach play shade all third quarter making him get hot at the basket and finally stacblish an advantage, you know what spo did sit down the only player that is making basket Tyler Herro spo don’t let no body get rhythm he is like alarm clock is time to take Nan out no matter if he just getting the rhythm o let’s take Powell out no matter if he is hot or let’s take herro out he all ready play his six minutes of the quarter and that is a big problem in Miami offense that Rick carlsly and OKC coach and others got him check mate they beat him and they constantly price spo of course they don’t want him to change nothing they all ready got him figure it out 🤷🏼‍♂️and I’m tired of this same system every year . Coach changing it’s needed regardless I’m a heat fan spo will ever win another championship with his mentality

  18. Best solution: stop making Bam a scoring option. Let him focus on being a leader on the floor and let everyone else score. That’ll at least give Tyler and Norm room to grow together.
