  1. I strongly believe that Sabonis, Monk, Ellis, Achiuwa, and Westbrook are valuable assets for the future with the young guys, especially for their development!

  2. Any time the Kings play the Lakers, forget the tank, forget progress for rookies, forget everything EXCEPT beating the Lakers. If we went 5 – 77 for the season and all 5 wins were against the Lakers…GREAT!!

  3. Love the new Matt George Podcast 🎉 Beating Lakers I find is the ultimate challenge &
our Kings took back the throne tonight. Shooting 65% Thank you Kings, even though I couldn’t see the action on my home television. I saw the final score. Bless you my Kings. And
Thank you DeMar and all veterans & newbie’s as well.
    Thanks for the M & K Podcast &
many more. Beam me up !

  4. Does Malik not fit or is he the guy who’s most disposable with a serious contract? If you go down the list of contracts, everybody above Malik besides Keegan has been openly shopped. Something tells me Malik is in a similar camp as Sabonis where they are players we’d love to have but may be part of a deal which gives us draft capital or a player in a position of need. Both Monk and Sabonis are playing positions we have a surplus of at this moment, so trading for Kuminga plus a top draft pick could really change things long term. Even Keon may just be trade bait given he’s asking for a 1st openly yet nobody has taken him yet. I’d personally love to keep everyone of note besides Lavine but I think Perry is keeping his options open

  5. The kings are absolutely wrong about Malik. He fits both timeliness, he can play point guard at a high level. Malik was not the problem after Fox left.

  6. Really hope we keep Malik Monk and look to move Dennis instead. Personally, I dont think Scott Perry thinks that Malik does not fit his six pillars. My guess is Scott Perry sees in Malik a high value player that he thinks he could use as a trade piece to get high value in return. I would love to see Mailk on the Kings throughout the rebuild. He loves the team, loves the city and the fans. Last time we traded a player like that was Halliburton. Personally, I regretted that move – not because of any Fox vs Halli thing – simply because we traded a guy that truly wanted to be here, and wanted to win here.
