I’m so sick of watching years & years of Rob incompetence. He’s had 4-5 years to do something since he OBLITERATED championship level teams & has done nothing besides being handed Luka for free & now he’s about to waste years of prime Luka right after wasting amazing years of one of the greatest players in NBA history. God I wish I could get paid millions of dollars a year to absolutely suck at my job & then get extended.
Jovan the Lakers haven’t been healthy for a whole season since 2020 which was the year they won the championship. That was the last time they were healthy a full season. Avery, Rondo & Kuz were out some games but the team didn’t miss a beat. From a general health standpoint they were the healthiest team in the league that year and they ended up winning the championship by staying healthy. Since then it’s been downhill w guys injured & in & out of the lineup every year

Rob has been over his head for an entire decade, the Lakers don't look like the rest of the league. Even the "bad" teams have better athletes up and down their rosters. This team would be great in like 2006-2011.

W/out AR & Rui we are an average team because the 2nd string outside of Jax & Jake AR| so bad.. I don't think I saw Demar miss midrange shot.. maybe 1.. Russ hit 4 3s and Malik Monk hits a season high 8for9 from 3🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ I mean they could've thrown it in with the off hand backwards and they would've made it😂

Luka, AR, Eason, Watson and Kessler would probably be best team Luka ever had, even better than 2024 finals team. Both Watson and Eason are more complete and better 2 way players than PJ Washington and Derrick Jones Jr. Walker is less athletic than Lively, but better rim protector and rebounder.
With LaRavia, Vando, Smart, Adou and Hayes off the bench… That team would be good.
Lukas little injuries are starting to add up… He hurt his Hammy at the end of the Bucks game and could barely run last nite .. I don't know how how he's gonna m@ke it 3&1/2 to 41/2 more weeks without AR.. JJ is just gonna have to use NSjr & Kobe Bufkin until AR gets back.. Luka can't play 36-38 minutes a game while AR is out or end up with a calf , groin or hammy injury!!! Mark my work unless JJ just lets them help for 20-24minutes a game 2get Luka down to 32-34 minutes. It'll be better for the long term

Personnel is lakers problem but let’s be honest, it’s easier to guard a team when you just gotta focus on locking down 1 guy and running out to shooters, just collapse when LeBron or Luka has the ball and close out when they ball.
It does matter that LeBron and Luka needs shooters and good drivers around them to make defense second guess collapsing every time Luka and LeBron have the ball,
However,
Every role player consistently takes the same shot, playing like that makes guarding role players easier
Look at other teams, role players attempt shots from all over the court not just catch and shoot.
Kings would’ve scored the same 124 with rui out there but atleast rui can make open shots 🤷🏾♂️
