Call me crazy… I’m not 100% sure that trading IQ for Anthony Davis is a win for the raptors when I think about age , availability , what the team needs right now and even the the next 2 seasons. IQ potentially could turn into the PG we need while AD will probably want traded or at best maybe play 50 games a season. I guess I’m sayin IQ is the safer gamble imo.

If you want to see an elite rebounder(or close to it)…you don't have to look far because CMB is. If you can't see the difference in the level of rebounding talent between the 2 of them then maybe you are relying on stats too much and not trusting your eyes. When your game is a stay at home center like Yak your rebounding number look better than they are.
I dont want AD but if they take quickly I'd probably do it then trade AD for draft picks next year

I tried a trade in the trade machine that goes thru, Quickley and Mogbo for Scoot Henderson, Robert Williams and Matisse Thybulle. Gets you off the Quickley contract and with Scoot you dont know but he is cheap next two years. Williams is a fantastic center when he plays, he plays more than AD that is for sure.
Thybulle I would see if he wants buy out to save a few million. Then upgrade Martin and Lawson to full contracts and use Agbaji contract and few 2nds to get one more back up center.Next year your off Williams and Thybulle contracts and you have lots of space.
Price is too high fir a part time player.
The fact all the raps fans are against it tells me it IS a good idea. Raps should absolutely bring him in. Bet on the medical team. Give him time to recover like BI. Seems like a worthy risk if you can offload some baggage

The crazy thing is even if he came back for the playoffs and he can make an impact there, but like do you actually believe he would make it through three playoff series for example, he can barely make it through five games in a row if he could then yeah it’s worth it
It just doesn’t make sense and I’m always the guy who’s advocating for the big move, but if he’s not healthy until the postseason and you’re relying on him to come back and be healthy that’s a mistake. In the meantime you won’t have RJ Barrett without him. Our record sucks. I just don’t see how this ends well honestly at this point ja makes more sense
