Rui off the bench gives us some offense for the second unit, once AR and JAX comes back I think we go back to being a top 3 contender in the West. We're 2 three and D wing players away from being a championship team. Wiggins and Herb without giving up Rui and AR would be godsend

LBJ played a great game. Dude is really quite incredible in his 24th season but the unsung hero of this game is D.A. I can’t overstate how big getting 18 boards is. The Lakers are often out-rebounded and thus have fewer possessions than their opponents. For all the talk of 3 point shooting and their troubles defending the same (see the Kings game), rebounding is the one critical stat that nobody pays attention to anymore. As Pat Riley once famously said… no rebounds, no rings!
I'm not impressed with Los Angeles beating the one city that's gayer than them. It is good to see Kobe, even if it is Kobe Bufkin, back with the Lakers.
