In pressure situations, this team is afraid to shoot. Too many open shots not taken. They keep passing the ball as the clock is winding down and the pressure is building up. Only to wind up with a desperate attempt.

Honestly if ware dose not want to listen to spo and wants to sit at the 3 and not be a big man lets just trade him. I'm not going thru this whole season of these two going back n forth. Spo needs to just play him thru it so he eventually gets it or we trade him period. Now we are at a stage were no favors or done on both sides by stunting wares growth or the sucess for the team

Tobin. Ware is a 43 % shooter from 3 and he is # 3 in rebounds in the League. Our problem is Spo.

Everybody knows the problem is Ware not getting enough minutes and Spo's stubbornness with the small ball bullshit. No rebounds on offense= no second chance points. No rebounds on defense = no fast break points. Heat have lost their identity and their defense isn't as good as they think it is. WTF is Spo really thinking? It's frustrating for our fans because we know Ware has so much upside and potential, but you'd rather try out Nico or Fonteccio?! GTFOH
Spo is a small ball merchant he always has been even with the size we had available during the big 3 era he still found a way to play the smallest lineups possible. Small ball is the only adjustment Spo has offensively which is usually a sign of a bad offensive coach (which spo is).
He's also going to ruin ware's confidence man and then it's just a cascade effect! Your a coach, your supposed to coach and give him the tools to get over the adversity of change ups on the other teams rotations with him and stuff. Not just berate him for being bad when the rest of the bench didn't play any better or even worse than he did.
He's gonna turn into kuminga if this keeps up.
Another thing is how you mentioned him just being on the perimeter is I'm not sure what they want him to do he either has to stay in the dunker spot and hope someone passes to him or stretch the floor so the his defender doesn't collapse on a driving wing. So like he's doing what he's supposed to do on offense at least. Defense could kick up tho it doesn't look like a perfect effort even though he does get a good amount of steals for a big

Tobs you're right man, we gotta hold Spo accountable for his personal bias and decisions. Everyone agrees Ware should be out there. Of course he is gonna have his struggles, but as a young player, that's how you build IQ and toughness. This is on the coach at this point.

Getting killed on the boards (18 offensive rebounds for Celtics) and he benches our best rebounder and then trashes him after the game. Take some damn responsibility. Spo always wants to make the game about him and his rotations that he so smart that none of us can understand it! Bro get over your Bart Simpson lookin ass and stop trying to reinvent the damn game with your weird a$$ rotations! Play your best 5! Not to mention that he starts Pelle then benches him in the 4.
