ESPN’s Brian Windhorst on Heat trade rumors:
“The Miami Heat have been overstated as a potential [Ja] destination, sources said. The Heat have been laser focused on avoiding taking on money for the 2027-28 offseason…It’s highly unlikely the Heat would deviate from that plan to go after Morant, sources said.”

  1. I’m so done with the Miami we genuinely are stuck in mediocre purgatory. Either try and trade for a star player or blow it up

  2. I’d rather have Kuminga then Morant just bc of the off the court issues and health. But, if Spo won’t play Ware, he won’t play Kuminga

  3. Miami are very cheap with players unless is championship for sure they paid if not they don’t pay players using same lame excuses year after year management getting richer mf

  4. Spo said Ware has been stacking bad days and that's why he doesn't play him at times, so then why does he play Jovic more when he's been worse all year? Why does he play Dru more when he's been worse all year? Why does he still give Simone mins when he's been bad? The logic makes absolutely no sense.

This front office is so outdated with their mindset. Stars don't enter free agency anymore!!! It just doesn't happen. If we're not getting Ja, then we should go into the rebuild direction. I know Giannis is a great player, but losing our depth just to get 1 guy doesn't work in today's league. We need depth. We also don't know how much longer Giannis will play at this level.

At the end of the day it's pretty simple. Either get a star player and try to compete for real or rebuild. I'm done with this middle of the pack "Play-in Culture" mentality.

  5. Organization is washed. Players no longer move in free agency. The only way to get players is to trade for destressed assets. This is the same b. S. Posturing they do every year always trying the fleece the other teams. Those 1990 tactics no longer work. I don't even want Ja but I do want a new front office for my favorite team

  6. What goes if they do go after a big time player? And what would that leave the team with? Imo Spo needs to start both Bam and Ware who only played 9 minutes. Which makes no sense unless he got hurt. He needs to start Davion and bring Powell or Herro off the bench for the scoring with the second unit. And stop this small ball crap he loves son much.

  7. We haven’t had a true point since Dragic I’m desperate but not dumb but I’m desperate 🤔🫠😂🤷‍♂️

  8. Jovic is garbage, yet gets playing time. Bam has played like a bum, and gets no heat, Dru will have bad stretches, and plays every minute.

  9. Also, do you comment 9 times on your own video to make it look like there's people? Or does it help with the algorithm? Just wondering, seems stupid

  10. This is just ridiculous man , and is true the front office is holding miami back there no way that lots player are interested on playing on miami , we never getting any of them because there not aggressive on trade and only focusing on free agent when free agency has been a joke for years

  11. Jovic looks like a pile of shit stacked so high you can’t see the top of it yet he gets more leeway to make mistakes. 4th qtr last night coughs up the ball, air-balling layups, bricking threes and ends up as a -19. I’m fine with Jovic playing through his mistakes but why can’t Ware get the same benefit of the doubt? Ware played like ass in his 8 minutes but that’s all he got. What is this team? We’re not good enough nor are we bad enough.

  12. Always trying to have cap space, never using the draft for cheap talent.

If you’re about winning, what’s so sacrilegious about tanking versus holding back for cap space? The Heat are bona fide idiots enabled by unjust admiration around the league.

EVERYONE is doing it better than us.

  13. If you are a Heat player and you hear that they are focused on 27-28…just know your next two years are a waste. Because they won't develop young players and they're not going to extend veterans for what they deserve. Everyone needs to get out. They'll only pay Bam at this point.

This front office is only focused on hopes and dreams like they have been the last 5 years.

  14. The Heat do not possess the ability to make big trades. Maybe in the off-season we make a couple moves but we stay with the core. We also make sure that if you have a high ceiling, we won't give you playing time. Miami only cares for undrafted players and then trade them if they become too good. Miami, as a whole, has the worst front offices. Dolphins, Heat, and Marlins. Garbage organizations.

  15. I think the high reward is worth the risk but I would only do deal number two. I want to get rid of Jovic he's way overrated and inconsistent.

  16. If you’re using any of those trade packages, you better be trading Herro and Powell for more complementary stuff right behind it.

If we have Herro, Ja, and Powell, you know Spo is starting them all and we’re gonna get shredded on defense. You’re lucky if you can get away with having one of them on your roster against a team like OKC.

We build teams like fuckin Phoenix. Name recognition before fit. Hell, Mat Ishbia is learning the modern NBA quicker than we are.
