I personally would move on from Coach Keefe, but mainly because I would like to bring in a new coach to signify a new era for us. Next season will be year 1 of a new era: Trae Young will play, hopefully a top 3 pick, let’s start over with a new coach and let’s truly jumpstart this golden age of hoops for us. What do yall think though?

big fan of the channel man, the team desperately needs some strong content creators and you're really committed which is awesome. hope to see the channel grow and grow and become a staple of Wizards content when the team is actually serious, which is hopefully soon
I think he's done a very good job. He gets heat for his rotations but I think he was given a mandate to lose. He's probably working as hard to make sure they develop without bad habits and severe depression from sucking… I think they should give him next year too
Keefe has always read as a guy who is very good at a particular set of responsibilities in his role but not good overall; it would be best if he were to transfer to being the head of player development to remain in the organization and being involved while a new experienced coach takes the reins in the offseason.
Look nobody who watches this team can say the young players aren't developing. Sarr is one of the best big men in the league kyshawn George breakout trey Johnson is an bucket bub improvement even vuc is playing well. No need to fire keefe
How can you grade a coach who are given kids thats under 20- 21 ? Also he is told to tank every yesr so how can you be evaluated? Players are developing & getting better all while tanking so to me he is doing exactly what’s asked if him
It is not normal for a fan to accept that the plan is to lose. There is only a degree of enthusiasm watching a reduce plan with everyone getting 7 or 8 minutes. Keefe may indeed be the tank Coach. If so how long do you keep him? After this next draft we go into phase 2 or something I guess. Here is the thing. If you are serious about winning you need to get that new Coach in and keep the starters you believe iin on the floor. Whoever is 2nd unit has to accept their role or move on. Future broadcast who are the candidates for Wizards Head Coach. I am curious as to what Coach that is good would want to come to the Wizards.

As far as coaches go, you have to get the best one who will take the job, period.

I hate thibodeau, he wears his starting five out during the season and they fade in the playoffs EVERY YEAR. Grinds his players to dust
