it was a staple of all 3 det chip teams that it was an all-for-one mentality and it was said in this interview that a team's identity can win games.

JB was trying to make the cavs a defensive menace of the team but they didn’t have the personnel.. the players wouldn’t buy into it especially Spida. but I’m so glad he’s the head coach of my pistons he made us into a defensive powerhouse.
JB gotta be my fav Detroit coach of all time! I hope he becomes our Greg Popovich.
