Most important move is remove Spo !! Then we can talk about players.
The heat needs to be settled and good with what they have right now and start working on teamwork. Not illusions of trade like the media wants. Players and executive are younger and willing to develop their draft picks by way of "playing time" NOT shipping them to the D-League.
