Kat needs to play with his back to the basket more often. Affording the opportunity to get use size and strength for high percentage shots. And once in awhile step out and let it fly. Other than that I say bring Giannis in by any means necessary. The tough play would improve and become infectious. The team needs a leader in that regard.

Potato salad and fruit salad. I have been saying this for a while, the starting lineup is made up of 2 styles of play that don't mix.
The core 4 starters have been playing together for 1 and 1/2 seasons. They should know each other and anticipate each other by now. I don't accept the new coach and playing style as an excuse. I don't accept we are still figuring it out. Nope.
The beginning of the season they beat teams by just being more talented. But now that other teams have gelled and are playing more team focused, the knicks are losing because they don't have it figured it out. They can't win just by talent now, they have to play team ball.
The knicks are going from championship expectations (thanks to Thibbs squeezing the most out of the core players last season) to will they even make it to EC finals (the coach maybe was not the core problem, team chemistry is).
Sorry for the rant.

KAT is not a 5, he’s a 4. When he was with Rudy Gobert he did have to worry about the grunt work, just get out there and get buckets but it’s different on the Knicks. The Knicks need a defensive anchor and KAT is not that.

KAT has repeatedly stated that he doesn't understand Mike Brown's offense. The problem is that every other player has performed perfectly fine, if not even better than they did with Thibs. What's worse is that KAT just has a bad attitude overall, and takes no responsibility for his failures. And he can't handle playing against good defense. TRADE HIM IMMEDIATELY.
Mike Brown needs to stop making excuses for KAT and be tougher on him.
