Maybe we'll trick the NBA again by failing after All Star weekend or something, or obviously losing in the playoffs or play-in. Then again, that wouldn't be tricking everyone, because everybody already expects them to lose in the end no matter who they have.

The only reason Collins didn't play last night is because he was injured the game before and they wanted to give him extra time even though he was cleared. He's been killing at the last 10 to 15 games.

Kawhi and Harden are scary
Only player i would consder trading John collins for is a Jaren jackson Jr type. True power forwards are few and far between. We are good on wings. Demar is a good player but Collins is in his prime, Demar is not. Keon Ellis is really not worth much to the clippers. We have many good prospects like you've showcased here, that can do what he does and are way bigger, and younger.
I know it's a stretch, but man what a ring would do for the Clippers. Kawhi becomes a top 5-15 player, James Harden gets a ring, Clippers franchise first ring. I don't know if there would be a more impactful one than this especially with how the season started
What about Kobe Brown?
Clippers should keep Collins. He plays with drive and confidence, has shown tenacity with the good out put games hes given.
Derozan while he is a great player, hes folded at big moments.
